Abdenacer's Desktop for Windows 3.x

Builds an alternative to the Window's (NT) Progman desktop manager interface, where every group of applications is presented as a vertical (or horizontal?) list of icons one set at a time. ADW has some control buttons to switch rapidely between the groups. This kind of program launcher will reduce the need to constantly re-arrange the desktop since the list are always kept tidy and neat.
