INTERCEPT/INTERPRET -- monitor DOS and BIOS calls.
INTERCEPT (intercep.exe) and INTERPRET (interpre.exe) were written so I could monitor the interaction between unknown programs and MS-DOS (and the BIOS). I've used them to help disassemble and patch programs, as well as to debug my own programs.
